We collaborate with the Red Cross within its Employment Plan, with the aim of improving the possibilities of social and labor integration of the most disadvantaged groups and vulnerable people with a training program in photovoltaic installations. After a successful first edition in the town of Toro, Zamora, we will replicate this initiative in other communities.
Agreement with Fademur:
We signed a collaboration agreement with the Federation of Rural Women’s Associations (FADEMUR), to promote progress and equal opportunities for women in rural areas over the next three years. The initiative is part of the Framework Strategy for Gender Equality, and the Plan 130 Measures against the Demographic Challenge, which recognizes the need to reverse the inequality gap in rural areas and areas affected by depopulation.

Installation of photovoltaic panels in the Kakuma refugee camp (Kenya):
Installation of 16 off-grid solar PV systems with a total capacity of 350 kWp of solar energy and 1.2 MWh of battery storage for schools and a police station in the Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya, one of the largest in Africa, home to more than 200,000 people.
Microgrid at a water treatment plant in Malawi:
Development and construction of a 1.3 MW photovoltaic microgrid system and a 4.5 MWh battery system at the water treatment plant in Mzuzu (Malawi), which will supply water to more than 200,000 people and prevent 2,000 tons of CO2 emissions per year. This is one of the most ambitious microgrid projects on the African continent.
