The CEPYME500 2024 meeting, held on Monday 27 January to highlight the growth and evolution of SMEs in Spain, brought together companies with the CEPYME500 seal with the aim of highlighting the work and momentum being carried out by small and medium-sized enterprises in the coming year.
RIC Energy participated as one of the 77 companies collaborating in the CEPYME mentoring programmes. On behalf of our company, we participated together with Mapfre Mapfre in a round table discussion focused on guidance and advice to promote the transformation, acceleration and economic growth of SMEs, especially in areas such as renewable energy and sustainability.
During his speech, our colleague Julián Molina highlighted the importance of articulating coordinated, flexible aid that is tailored to the day-to-day needs of SMEs. He also stressed the importance of integrating these initiatives naturally into the internal culture of organisations, in order to promote organic and sustainable change, an approach that responds directly to RIC Energy’s mission.
The event was attended by prominent figures such as the Minister of Economy, Carlos Cuerpo, and the President of the CEOE, Antonio Garamendi. Both personalities emphasised the role of people as the cornerstone of any business strategy. They also valued Spain’s leadership in the export of services and its position as the second largest recipient of investment in renewable energies, indicators that underpin optimism regarding the future of the sector and its positive impact on the economy.
At RIC Energy we reaffirm the importance of strengthening collaboration with other companies, administrations and stakeholders to consolidate the role of SMEs in the transformation of the national production model. At RIC Energy, we will continue to be committed to training and the dissemination of good practices that allow us to face an increasingly dynamic environment, maximising our economic and social value.
